What will the daytime bring
One often tends to wonder
A soft gentle breeze
Or " hard At Work" distant thunder

Night draws near
As we build fire
his breath ragged
Mine meets his desire

Tumbling passionately
Our entwined embrace
Now our heartbeats
Join the race

he listens close
for his favorite part
The slow satisfied return
Of my breath back to start

But what I finally heard
the first time tonight
Was so content
Caused me to write

For he lay so close
Against my breast
Stroked my love's hair
His breath at rest
